Innovation is the key to growth in any new industry; including home staging

Taking an idea to new heights or diving into the depths of un-tread territory within a relatively new industry has never been easy for entrepreneurs and it is with this recognition that the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) recognized a few individuals within the home staging industry, for their outstanding dedication and innovation within 2007.

As the electronic ballets were tallied January 13th, 2008, Christine Rae, president of North Americas Advanced CSP Staging Training Program, was voted by her peers as RESA “Staging Innovator of the Year 2007”. This prestige award is recognized across North America.

Christine Rae was nominated for her introduction of new ideas and implemented methods of transformation to the staging industry as a whole. These changes included the introduction of programs such as;
Certified Staging Professional 3 Day Staging Training which raises the education standards for those who earn a certification as a home staging consultant, ECO Staging an educational introduction to homeowners and real estate professionals as to the positive effects of a “green friendly” property prior to selling, CSP Charity of Choice a movement to help Habitat for Humanity create an impact by giving shelter to others.
