How the Staging Process Works

The first step in creating the buyer appeal is the consultation. We come to your home and go through room by room and give you a detailed analysis of what needs to be done to prepare your home to be market ready. This can take approximately 2 hours depending on the size of the home. We will leave you a detailed list of recommendations that you may choose to take on yourself or you may choose to have our team arrange for the work to be done.

The second step is to execute the recommendations. These may be such things as de-cluttering, painting, changing out flooring, etc. A time line is determined for completion of this work.

The third step is bringing it all together in the "showcasing" of your home. Our team will come in to your home and pull it together with appropriate placement of furniture and accessories that will highlight the features of the home in order to appeal to the majority of buyers

In Addition To...

We also offer additional services such as " Downsizing" your contents when downsizing in your home. We meet to discuss your needs and then work with you to determine what stays and what goes.

We also offer "Color Consultations" and full "Redesign" services for your home. We can take the stress out of the situation by even doing the "Shopping" for those new items for you.
