Learn what it takes NOT to land in hot water helping your clients with property renovations.
THE TOP 3 REASONS PROPERTY RENOVATIONS FAIL & HOW TO AVOID THEM.
Many stagers, re-designers and decorators land themselves in hot water every day, by helping their clients with renovations without fully understanding the risks, they & their clients are exposed to. Almost half of all properties on the market today will be sold to millennials. Research shows what they want is move-in-ready property.
As a result, many sellers are contacting stagers early in the property preparedness process, for assistance to update kitchens and bathrooms, lighting, flooring and general hardscapes of property. Budget is often an issue, so results are often compromised by choosing cheap finishes and products.
Real estate investors and property owners are looking for experts with a solid dependable reputation, meaningful credentials and experience with renovations to successfully and independently manage their projects.
