The problems arise when the storage unit is too far away\, hard to access items in the unit\, rental fee continue to increase and people forget what is in it.  Some clients will have more than one storage unit. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nModule 2 Organizing as an Additional Service \nAdding Professional organizing services to your business adds another stream of income.  It is another way to build a marketing funnel to increase your client base. Organizing services provide an initial contact with new clients that are not thinking about selling their home.
