Lynelle Hartman Bio:
Lynelle’s career in the world of “home” began in the 90’s working in real estate and corporate relocation. During that time frame she was making selections, choosing paint colors and readying corporate owned property for re-sale. She started home staging c in 2001, working with real estate professionals, builders, investors, developers, and homeowners. Lynelle and her partner specialized in staging vacant property and together staged a broad spectrum of properties ranging from studio condos to high end properties featured on many Luxury Home Tours.
Lynelle has also work collaboratively with many builders and individual clients to make all design decisions: exterior roofing, windows and siding, stone work, interior cabinetry, flooring, fixtures, finishes, paint selections and on to the final step – preparing for resale or creating a space to call home. Through the years she has been an educator, Instructor and convention speaker for the CSP International Staging Business Training Academy through various programs, webinar and events.
Her work has been featured in The Minneapolis Star Tribune, Midwest Living HOME Magazine, Staging Standard Magazine, staged sets for four episodes on HGTV, “Staging for Dummies” and other publications. She also hosts events and educational offerings in the home art ranging from gardening, sewing, painting and all things home.
With students, Lynelle appreciates the “light bulb moment,” that instant when they suddenly begin to put the pieces of their training together and the understanding of how it works – not only for themselves, but for the benefit of their clients. Her love of learning and hands on work gives her a wide range of experiences to share with students. She now teaches the Color program for the CSP International Staging Academy. She said “It is a pleasure to be part of this process and each time I teach I learn something new from the students! It is a privilege to work with and be a part of the CSP team.”
