Nairn Friemann is a Certified Staging Professional Master and Instructor. As president of Ingenuity & Pizzazz, Inc., one of New York City’s top real state staging companies, Nairn has collaborated with agents and sellers on the staging and marketing of over $700 million in real estate in the Tri-state area. Nairn has been honored to receive the RESA 2012 Professional Stager of the Year Award and the Certified Staging Professionals 2011 President’s Award. Nairn’s specialty is transforming the ordinary to extraordinary with her ingenuity & pizzazz, but her focus is always on results – achieving a quick and profitable sale for her clients!
DIANE HAMEL
Diane has enjoyed a long career in home decor retail, advertising, education management, event planning, fundraising, health care, public relations and small group mentorship. Shortly after the staging and subsequent highly successful sale of their family home in a slowing real estate market, Diane was searching for a new career path. Her research led her to the Certified Staging Professionals Training Academy, the only RESA (Real Estate Staging Association) Accredited Classroom Training Program, and a brand new business opportunity as the owner of Hamel’s Staged to Sell in Chilliwack, BC! Now as a Certified Staging Professional, Certified Color Consultant, Occupied Staging Specialist and Certified Staging Professionals Mentor, Diane has expanded her horizons yet again by becoming a Certified Staging Professionals Instructor.
LYNELLE HARTMAN
Lynelle Hartman appreciates the “light bulb moment,” that instant when students suddenly begin to put the pieces of their CSP training together and understand how it all works. Hartman teaches the CSP® 3-Day Course, CSP Elite™ Course and the CSP Green Program. Hartman has been in the staging business since its infancy and knows CSP is the best resource in the industry offering all the tools to build a solid business. JANNE PETRIE
Janne Petrie is our “Down Under” CSP training expert. Always ahead of the curve, Janne introduced CSP training to Australia in 2009 as the first staging training program in the country. A former IT executive, Janne understands the value of training that teaches not only design but also how to run a business. The comprehensive nature of CSP courses allows trainees to grasp the concept of staging as a business and then put what they learn into practice. After training with Christine Rae in Toronto, she launched her own successful home staging business and began teaching the CSP® 3-Day Course. Janne’s students learn that with CSP training, they can follow in her footsteps and create a business that is both financially rewarding and creatively satisfying.
