About Liz Connelly
Liz Connolly was the Director of Marketing for one of St. Louis’ top homebuilders for seven years prior to opening INhance IT! Home Staging. During that time Liz was responsible for all builder displays and spec home properties. Liz, along with her daughter Courtney Schomburg, opened INhance IT! Home Staging in 2007. 99% of INhance IT! clients the first 2-3 years were homebuilders. Currently their business is 33% homebuilders, 33% re-hab clients and 33% re-sale properties. Liz is a 15-year Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM) through the National Homebuilders Association, which is the highest designation available in the homebuilding industry.
Liz is a CSP Master and holds CSP designations of Vacant Staging Specialist, Occupied Staging Specialist, Residential Rehab Project Manager, Vacant Staging Instructor and CSP Mentor. She is also Pro member of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA-PRO) and is a multi-year winner as Vacant Staging Professional and Staging Team. Liz has been instructing staging continuing education for Realtors for the past 10 years and is a member of a multitude of professional staging organizations.
