Residential Renovation Project Manager Training – 3 Sessions

March 13, 2024 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
RRPM

most innovative product or service nominee 2023Everyone thinks it is easy but watch any half hour show and it is clear renovating property is a significant investment and there is too much at stake for owners to get it wrong.

Stagers are in a unique position to expand into this growing market. 2021 was an unprecedented year for the real estate market.  “Seemingly overnight the average price of property has exceeded half a million dollars,” according to Global News.  As a result, owners are stuck in what has been called a ‘housing gridlock’ which has prevented moves and spurred a growth in renovations.

For a decade Stagers have been in a unique position to guide their client’s renovation to maximize their ROI in the sale of property. Many have exposed themselves and their business to risk by not being 100% certain of their responsibilities, or how to interact with a site inspector, how to have contractors respect their skills and mainly how to price a project properly.

Whether a property is being flipped, readied for sale or improved for living, Stagers are in a unique place to add income to their bottom line. ..maybe you have worked in the field for years have experience but not credential….if so this is for you! Earning a certification as a Residential Renovation Project Manager, having every form and process for the job AND knowing with confidence your word is gold, your skills are needed, and clients will pay you – is priceless. Join Christine Rae and Residential Renovation Project Manager expert and instructor Deb Boucher for this live 6-hour (3x2hr) program to learn the unique challenges faced by working with clients to make any renovation project as stress free as possible, while mitigating your own risk.

Deb Boucher, owner and course designer of DB Interiors, shares her knowledge and experience in managing home and commercial renovations.

Deb’s exposure to design, selecting products, trade professionals, and project management began early in her professional career managing the design, fabrication, shipping, and project managing the construction of trade show booths used throughout North America and Europe.

As an animal lover, her little Yorkshire Terriers, “Molly and Doug,” are never far from her side.

Testimonials

“I have loved every moment of this course and can’t say enough about how unbelievably gracious and helpful Deb is as an instructor. Working with instructors like Deb inspires me to do the same one day. I could not have manifested the subject matter that Deb taught so quickly in my professional career if not for her willingness to be of service and her openness with the wealth of knowledge provided. I would tell anyone and everyone interested in this area of the real estate marketing business to check out this Academy. Stellar service, profound knowledge, and genuine care indeed.”

  • Moriah Limotta, W.I.N.D. Communications

“I took the RRPM training to learn more about a renovation’s structural components, but OMG, I came away with so much more! This course gave me the confidence to work with tradespeople and to start offering project management as a new service for my business (not many designers/decorators in my area offer that). I am attracting new clients and now accept reno management jobs without hesitation. I just completed the most extensive reno I have ever done, and having a process to work with clients and tradespeople was pivotal. I can’t thank you enough.”

  • Maureen Cage, Rich Interiors
