To earn the Vacant Staging Specialist™ designation you are required to:
- attend the two 3-hr webinars
- pass the exam with 75% grade or higher

Liz Connolly Bio:
Liz Connolly, President, INhance IT! Home Staging, has been involved in sales and marketing in a variety of industries for over twenty-five years and in five states. She has worked for several major homebuilders and has been responsible for overseeing all elements of interior and exterior selections, design and merchandising for builder model and inventory homes. Her company has been recognized by the Home Staging and Redesign Association as one of the top 5 staging firms in the country and by Real Estate Staging Association as one of the top 10.
Liz, in partnership with her daughter Courtney, formed INhance IT! Home Staging in January 2007. Since the inception of their business, they have staged over 3,800 properties. The team specializes in full merchandising of builder displays, vacant re-sale properties as well as re-styling for occupied properties and finish selections
Liz is CSP graduate and has also achieved the International Master of Real Estate designation, a member of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA-PRO) and graduates achieved CSP Elite Stager status in 2017. She is certified as an Approved Mentor for CSP and in 2018 was accepted as the Instructor for the Vacant Staging Specialist™ program. Every year, Liz conducts a course for the Home Builders Association to bring them up to date on the latest merchandising trends. Liz also conducts merchandising seminars for local real estate offices and their clients, providing tips to help them get their listings ready for sale and educate them on the benefits of staging.
Liz is a member of the prestigious Institute of Residential Marketing. Liz also holds the National Home Builder’s Association designations of MCSP (Master Certified Sales Professional), CMP (Certified Marketing Professional), and is a member of the Home Builder’s Association of Greater St. Louis and the St. Louis and St. Charles Association of Realtors and the St. Louis and St. Charles Women’s Council of Realtors. Liz was one of the first graduates of the NHBA’s newest program — Built to Sell: The Partnership of Market and Design. She has also received certificates for Lifestyle Merchandising and for Merchandising for the 50+ Demographic. Liz has been a multi-year member of the Sales and Marketing Council and has received Green Building Certification. In both 2007 and 2008 Liz received the David S. Eppler Award from the St. Louis Home Builder’s Association. This award is given to the associate member who has done the most to promote the HBA and the homebuilding industry.
Liz has been a guest speaker for a variety of events and has appeared on numerous panels, television promotions and magazine articles. Over the past 11 years, INhance IT! has become a leading resource for home merchandising in St. Louis. Liz has been a guest judge for the Parade of Homes in the Atlanta, Georgia region and regularly attends various national furniture markets. INhance IT! is known as the premiere staging resource in the St. Louis region.
