What Is a Certified Outdoor Property Consultant?
A Certified Outdoor Property Consultant (COPC) is a trained professional who helps property owners recognize what’s possible, and what’s missing, in their outdoor spaces, even when those spaces are small, dated, or underused.

As a COPC, you provide insight focused on usability, wellness, comfort, and visual flow. You assess outdoor areas holistically and offer clear, easy-to-follow recommendations that improve how people experience a property every day.

This includes guidance on sensory layering (sound, scent, texture, light), movement and reflection zones, emotional safety, visibility, ease of use, and climate- and season-conscious thinking.
These strategies are applicable to residential properties, short-term rentals, senior living environments, and small commercial spaces alike.
